I want to introduce to you my guest blogger for today Christina from There's Just One Mommy. This post was actually supposed to go up yesterday but I am still battling sickness and did not get to my computer until the evening. So I am really sorry I dropped the ball and if you came by from "There's Just One Mommy" looking for Christina's post, its all my fault. So without further ado lets learn more about Christina's… Continue

Yep, I am smack dab in the middle of them. While most of the time my son is very affectionate, humorous and just a typical boy, we have hit the full blown end of the world tantrums. For example, I tell him he can't have any more grapes because he's had like 30 of them and how about some toast. He starts repeating "NO NO NO!" and running away from me. Then he's back demanding again. I suggest other things to eat, or suggest not hitting "C" with the play golf stick, that if he does it again he'll… Continue

So while the rest of the world has been enjoying spring like weather, its taken a little longer for it to feel like spring here. Last Sunday my son was playing in snow in the backyard. Crazy for April huh? We got about a foot of snow. But this weekend it has been in the 60's and very nice weather!… Continue

Sometimes waking up in the morning to the stories you hear on the news every day is not really the way to wake up. Wednesday morning I woke up to the story of the 25 year old mom of four who drove her car into the Hudson River
and I was horrified. I imaged the terror and the memories this poor ten year old boy would have for the rest of his life. And… Continue

....Knock on wood. Actually J myster has the bug! Just when I feel like it will plague me, I suddenly feel better. Thursday afternoon, the little girl I watch just started throwing up. Thankfully her dad was on his way. I wasn't sure if it was a bug or possibly something she ate, until J started throwing up a half hour after we put him to bed. It turns out C and J got this little bug from the baby I watch. …

I haven't always clipped coupons, but since I became a stay at home mother, I have tried hard to find ways to save. I used to be skeptical about how much I could save clipping coupons, until I charted my success. Now keep in mind I am in no way a pro at this. I'm fairly new at clipping coupons and I know there are a lot of other mom bloggers out there that could talk about this on a more expert level than I can and most likely save a lot more than I do per month. The key to coupon use is to use… Continue

I rarely review books because I really have no time to read, but I am pro anything that will make me feel at one with myself spiritually and physically. So I was excited to review this book and give myself a little bit of spiritual insight. "The… Continue

Divine and I actually have quite a bit in common. Both of us were journalism majors and before the company I worked for layed off all its employees, I too worked at a TV station as a director before finding out I was pregnant which ultimately lead me to being a stay at home mom to my little boy. So I am excited to feature Divine since we have so much in comment. Continue
