I am a bit obsessive when it comes to feeding my kids. When I start looking at labels and realizing that EVERYTHING they eat has sugar, salt, and disgusting chemicals it just makes me crazy! Christmas can be the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, but it can also be the Most Stressful Time of the Year. All that shopping, planning, decorating, baking and traveling can turn a lovely holiday season into an anxiety-filled nightmare.
