Healthy Homemade food for children

babies after mommy milk should not jump into adult food menu, only mixed. My daughter is 1yr and 8month old and we still are making her not only healthy food, but also we check the history of ingredients. We try to avoid buy frozen meator vegetables for baby, but we seek small fresh markets of farmers. Same pumpkins, same potatoes, but from eco ranches.
