I have 8 weeks to go before I hit the beach and I must admit that even thought I haven't entirely reached my goal, I am still very pleased with my progress. I am eating better and working out harder than I ever have. I know that with this combination that by the time I turn 35, just 9 weeks away, that I will have reached my goal....to be in the best shape of my adult life. For many of us, finding something to eat that is good and healthy can be a challenge. One of the things that I love most about summer is using my grill and finding different spices or herbs to use on the meats and vegetables that I cook. School is coming to a end for my girls and with that, comes girls softball. They have a great time playing it and I enjoy watching them. This activity is fun and helps keep them active and entertained through most of their summer vacation.
