A Small Act Of Appreciation Goes A Long Way

For mothers day I received a zero gravity lounge chair and I love it!  This was my first mothers day and I was quite excited!  I did have to remind my husband that this specail day was approaching, asking 'have you and Fynn gone shoppig yet?'  Why did I feel the need to do this?

What Is In a Name?

My husband and I named our son Fynn... obviously we like the name.  We have gotten all kinds of responses when we tell people his name.  Everything from 'cool', to 'I love it!' to 'oh'...or a blank stare, really all I can do is laugh.  Me, a girl who grew up being called 'Maria' time and time again, 'MarLa, that's an L' was a common phrase I uttered...

Finding The Right Childcare Provider For Your Child

 

I am unfortunately facing the dread of my maternity leave coming to an end.  I will be going back to work in a couple months... so its time to find childcare.  This is so hard!  How am I supposed to trust a stranger with my sweet son for 8 hours a day?  He is still so little!
