Fun in the snow.

I'm back

After a long break, I decided to do away with the internet for a year to cut expenses,I am back.  In this last year so many things have changed and I shall say it may be a little rough at times but it is slowly getting better and more enjoyable.

Things that have happened in this last year during my break from a computer:

  • My son TJ was officially diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in January.
  • After more issues with our local school I decided…

A nice Christmas

We had a good Christmas the kids had a wonderful day with their gifts and spending the morning with their grandma and great uncle.  We also had a great lunch (including the fact that it was the first time for me to cook cresant rolls and green bean casserole lol) it all turned out great.  And go figure there is still sweets left over, with the new year around the corner I am looking at becoming a new me, get in better shape and change my life around. Merry Christmas!

So this is the first year that it feels like nothing has gone as planned or at least hoped.  As usual I miss my grandma more this time of the year since it was always her favorite season.  All of the homemade goodies which I still make oh my her homemade peanut butter fudge mmm.. Made 2 batches this year and both turned out perfect :) I will admit that I have been fairly emotional but trying to do all of this for my kids.  Some of the family can't be here together which hurts as well as I…

Working towards a new me..

So as the new year gets closer and closer I can only think of what I will attempt to improve about myself, lol, who doesn't...but then again who all gets at least close to which ever goal they decide on.  I have about what feels like a million things running through my mind that I would love to improve but I also know that some may take a little more motivation and time than one year can give.  So instead of waiting for New Year's Eve to come I am going to get a…
