When to give baby real food?

My daughter is almost 4 months old, and right now I am only breastfeeding her. I have wanted to hold off on giving her "real" food until she is at least 6 months old, and her dad thinks I am ridiculous. "Indian Corn" Thanksgiving Cookies

I love making cookies for the holidays, especially theme appropriate ones, so I was googling some cute ideas when I came across these...I think they are adorable, I would have loved them when I was little. My Great-Grandmother's health hasn't been the best lately, and I know she has been so happy to get to see my daughter. This Sunday we are going to try to get another pic, hopefully we will all be able to meet. :)…

DIY Owl Mobile and Wall Art

I'm currently in the process of turning my spare room into a nursery/guest room, and I'm trying to do the majority of the decor myself. I just finished the mobile and some art work, and I'm so pleased with the way they turned out! More pics and diy instructions for these projects are coming soon :)
