There are days to work like a maniac and days to live stress-free. There are days filled with deadlines and busy schedules and days you need to just be. In our day to day routines, with the workload and time sensitive plans, it is crucial we don’t forget to look after ourselves first. By structure here, I refer to the complete self; mind, body, and soul.

 

So what can we do to enjoy life?

One might think that one won’t have the time or that it’s a waste, but let me guarantee you that unplugging yourself once in a while to reboot your system is way worth your time. After all, how far can one go with an overused system?
