What To Post About On Your Mom Blog About Your Family’s RV Trip

If you run a mom blog, you should know full well that a family RV trip is far too big of an opportunity to pass up to write about.

In fact, you can probably get multiple posts out of a single RV trip, even if it’s only a quick…

Adorable flower girl dresses to choose from

As the music rises and your guests’ heads start to turn, they’ll be delighted to see the cutest little members of the wedding party start making their way down the aisle.

The Importance of Dinner Together

Many mothers believe that the single most important activity you can do with your children is to read to them at night, help them with schoolwork to make sure they get good grades, or make sure they are always nearby.  …

3 ways to bring balance into your chaos

1. Stay Spiritually Grounded. Worship is an important tool to maintain balance between your physical and spiritual selves. When one over-shadows the other, you likely experience anxiety, stress and worry.

A Solution to spiritual imbalance: Incorporate prayer, quiet time and a meaningful faith into your everyday life. Most of all, remember to breathe.

2. All work and no play…you know the rest. A typical day in the life of a busy mom recorded on paper would look like

a roadmap to China! Think about it. One minute you’re at the office, the next, you’re running errands (during an all to short lunch hour), then when you’re “supposed” to be "off" [work that is] you’re preparing dinner and helping kids with homework. It can all be too much!

A Solution for the Mad-Hatter Momma: Intentionally, figure out how to incorporate some brainless fun into each day. Whether reading a book, enjoying a hot bubble bath, or playing a fun game on the internet, there is something simple you enjoy doing, so do it.

3. Don’t forget the bod! Another way to put yourself back on the list is to find a way to exercise your bodily system regularly - and enjoy doing it! I like Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds" series. I buy them at Walmart for about 10 bucks. They are quick, easy to do and the time zooms by.
