Last week I wrote about how (and why!) I'm giving my liver some love this month. And like I said previously, for me it's not too big of a deal. I eat a mostly unprocessed diet anyways so the month is more about tweaking than anything.
In theme with my liver friendly month I thought I'd share some of the meals I'm relying on to help my liver recharge! The meals are full of quality nutrients and will give your body the boost it needs.
While I do attempt to buy organic (I buy organic for some stuff more than others) not everything I purchase is. For the purpose of the month I buy a bit more than usual especially organic leafy greens but otherwise I just do my best, like everyone else.
