You are no less of a super mom (or dad) should you find yourself feeling so pressured that you want to cry.


In a previous post I share how it’s OK to cry. Life as a caregiver can sometimes bring you to the place of emotional overwhelm and crying is an acceptable way to release some of that
emotional stress.
