9 Fat-Burning Foods and Simple, Satisfying, and Economical Lunch Ideas

Whether or not you are trying to lose weight, reducing your fat intake and eating foods that help your liver (your body’s main fat-metabolizing organ) burn fat better is a healthy choice.

 

You can also make your choices greener by shopping from local farmers (particularly organic farmers).

Also, here are a few healthy lunch ideas (slightly modified) from the wellness company I shop with. Lunch is the main meal affected by the convenience of drive-thru.  Fast food can sap our energy and drain wallets.  We can cut our lunch costs in half while cutting calories by up to 75% by ditching the combo meals and packing your own lunch.  Try incorporating the fat burning foods listed above.  We can also be a bit greener by packing our lunch in washable containers and bringing a cloth napkin.
