I look in the mirror every day when I get dressed, so I don't know why I never noticed how incredibly out of shape I've gotten. Actually, I think I did notice but simply chose not to acknowledge it. Today, though, I can't ignore the fact that I have gained weight. I think, at this point, I weigh more than I did when I was pregnant with twins. Anyway, I truly resolve to do something about it.

I don't know how I got to this point. Actually, I think I do. It's a combination of my job (librarian/archivist), eating habits (fast food for breakfast and dinner) and exercise regime (membership at Curves that I don't use because of career and family demands). I need to make a change.

Current Measurements
My weight 162 lbs
My bust 38 in
My waist 40 in
My hips 43 in

Goal Measurements
My weight 130 lbs
My bust 36 in
My waist 34 in
My hips 38 in

I'd like to accomplish this by 15 August. I think that's a reasonable goal.
