For today’s Wordless Wednesday Walkers, I’d like to share a few pictures from my virtual Walk across the USA.

Over the last three weeks, and using my Walker Tracker steps as a guideline, I’ve walked about 100 miles. Small steps do indeed lead to larger strides. I never imagined that I walked this far. From these numbers, and using my Walk Across the USA, I’m now currently in Zion National Park, Utah.

I’ve been to this National Park twice—when I was a child, and later during my cross country trip with my children. It’s a fantastic place that has many hiking trails, waterfalls, and mountains.

What’s your favorite National Park? Is there a National Park close to your home? How about a state park?

Or, what’s your favorite get-a-way?

Walks just don’t get any better than in a National Park, because,

After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!
