I tell you sometimes it's just go-go-go and my mind never stops. At these times – when I realize it's been a while since my last stop –I remind myself to stop and breathe. So simple, some may say, but the reality is that working women have a lot to juggle and sometimes breathing is not a priority.

(Ok, am I totally alone here?) Right now, stop reading this, and breathe…

…be crazy, take another breath…

…as the day goes on, think of ways to spend your free time. Yes, you need "you" time. Even (5) minutes a day – to do anything that 'feeds you' – counts as "you" time.

Take that time to blow dry your hair, read a good book, talk with a girlfriend, flip through a magazine, take a walk around the block, write a poem…anything that "feeds" you.

Remember, we can only be good in the lives of others, to the level of which we take care of ourselves. Love yourself and love others…

..and breathe!

Remember, if you shoot for the moon and miss, you are still among the stars!
