A decision can change you life at a moment's notice.  I saw this poster the other day. 

I thought to myself, "Oh my."  And then I realized that all decision are made in  moment.  There is not real time, yes you might think about something longer or not, but the decision itself is made in a moment.  The commitment to that decision is made in a moment.
