I have been wondering why I haven't seen any tomatillos yet in our garden.
I think I found the reason yesterday. This guy was huge! And happily munching away on tomatillo buds.
He had a super-strong grip, but I got him off my dad got him off the plant. If you look close, you can see the "thorn" on the back of him (look on the left side of the picture). I wasn't about to touch him!

I hate those guys with their little thorny tails. They always go after the tomatoes and I never know where they come from. Never see them when we don't grow tomatoes, but always see them when we do.
