Anyone Starting a Diet or Fitness Program?

I just started the Cinch! program by Cynthia Sass to be able to really give my readers my view of the program. I like to do more then just read the book and actually try out the program and give my readers a day by day progress report.


I'm really trying to up the fitness content on my site this year. I really enjoy reading about bloggers fitness and health post.


I would love to hear from you, and follow and encourage you on any plan you are working on. Please let me know if you just beginning something on my blog or here leave a link on this post to your blog
