Are You Just Watching from the Sidelines?


Have you ever watched a friend or relative get in amazing shape and thought to yourself, “I should do that someday?” Chances are there is someone in your life that you have watched from the sidelines, but something has held you back from getting in the game yourself.

Well, spring has sprung and it’s time to get in that game today. Stop waiting for tomorrow, or Monday, or when you lose 10 pounds so that you feel better about going to the gym. Today is the day my Posh friends. I will not accept ANY excuses. I will not accept NO for an answer. I am opportunity and I am knocking. I am that little voice inside your head and I’m not moving until YOU get moving. I am motivation, here me roar!

Do I have your attention? I hope so, because I’m out of clichés. Seriously though, I really do want you to consider what has been holding you back and try to push past it. I always said that it was time. I never could find the time to exercise. I started with just ten minutes a day on my exercise bike. Ten turned into 20 and 30 and then I hit the workout DVD circuit. For me, the comfort of home was a good fit, and in this economy, it’s much cheaper than joining a gym.

But, I say do whatever works for YOU! My fitness coaching is FREE. Stop by my blog and sign up. Ask questions and I’ll answer. Ask for support and I’ll be there. With me in your corner, you CANNOT fail. I will not let you. Stick this on your refrigerator or bathroom mirror until you do something about it. I’m proud of you already!
