Lately I have been struggling with my food choices. I love unhealthy food- aka. crappy food! I love cheddar cheese, white sour dough bread, shrimp, Chipotle burritos, pasta, butter, desserts, and so forth. While some people may not view this type of food as crap, I know it is. When I eat it, my body becomes weak and unhealthy. I am searching for a balance.
