Banana Bread High in Fiber and Low in Cholesterol

Is anyone out there trying to lose some weight?

I bet there are plenty of us J. And I bet you want to do it the quick and easy way.

Well, there is such way, and it is paved with FOOD HIGH IN FIBER.

These foods will satiate your hunger, keep your belly full and help your digestive system work easier. Not to mention by eating these foods your blood cholesterol levels are going to be within the normal boundaries, and your overall health will improve significantly.

But, what are people that have a sweet tooth going to do when faced with the task of losing weight?

Chocolate Banana Bread that Will Help You Lose Weight

I know, the very first thought that crossed my mind was: This can’t be true! How can something containing chocolate be healthy and help me with my weight loss struggle, but it can! Because the Healthy Whole Wheat Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips and Coconut contains semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus I reduced the sugar amount to 2/4 and instead of regular used brown sugar.

Plus, the applesauce and the flaked coconut are unsweetened so they enhance the aroma and the texture, without giving you any extra calories, or worries for that matter.

Banana Bread is a great weapon to fight weight gain. This is definitely true, and I know it because ever since I started eating both the regular banana bread and these a tiny bit more complex recipes, the scale numbers have gone down. (9 down to be more exact).

I am on cloud nine.
