Barbecue Ribs

For those of us who are totally clueless when it comes to using a grill, or simply don’t have a grill at our disposal to begin with, this barbecue ribs recipe is for you.
And here’s the bonus, you don’t have to go through the hassle of making your own sauce, yet, it tastes just as good or probably even better. In essence what you would be doing is making a good sauce great. This is barbecue ribs my way, simple and hassle free :)
My husband and kids couldn't get enough of these ribs. They were all gone in no time flat.
Ingredients:
  •  5 lbs Danish Spare Ribs
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
Sauce:
  • 2 cups Hunt’s® bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
  1. Place ribs in a large pot of water and season well. Boil for about 1½ hours or until ribs are tender.
  2. Place ribs in baking pan and set aside.
  3. Mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl and heat in microwave for about 30 seconds. (You may add or lessen ingredients in sauce according to your desired taste).
  4. Pour sauce over ribs, ensuring each rib is well saturated. Bake for approx. 15 minutes to allow sauce to become well incorporated with the ribs.

You will enjoy these ribs!!
