What is the lesson we are teaching are young youth? Where do we draw the line? Apparently, one mother seems to think you draw the line on her own 7 year old daughters face. She has performed numerous cosmetic procedures, such as BOTOX, tattooed eyebrows, and lip injections on her 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER! Why? Well, the Mother did this to enhance her daughters chances when competing in BEAUTY PAGEANTS!

Beauty is only skin deep. Celebrate YOU FROM THE INSIDE OUT! At 7, children should be consumed with playing and growing. There is plenty enough time to grow up and experience all the pressures society places on us. Let the innocent hold on to their innocence for as long as they can. This is how as a society we have allowed the mental anguish many teens and tweens experience continue; Teen suicide, pregnancy, bullying, or the feeling "I'm just not good enough", these are issues that need no more influence. They are hard enough.

So I invite you to talk with us, what are your thoughts? We have not been given a "Life for Dummies" handbook but we all have experienced lessons, whether learned and applied or not, it's hard enough growing up, and even when you think your alone, you're not. Remember that and share!
