Can and undergarment help you burn calories? Well, that is the promise of ShaToBu. I was asked to be a ShaToBu insider and give the garment a try. As "The Workout You Wear" I am excited to share news as I spend more days trying out the garment.

So, I'm just getting started, but I will report back with my experiences as I go along. For the first day, the garment is surprisingly comfortable, and provides quite a bit of resistance. I feel like my inner thighs and butt are working just a little harder to do everyday tasks. Of course, you need to move to get the benefits so I'll keep moving as much as possible and keep you updated on my progress.
