Coupon Clipping and Organic Shopping?

Before my son was a year of age we were really into making sure the foods he ate and at least a good portion of the foods I ate were organic, but slowly overtime when we had to put a crunch on our grocery budget I found that my coupon clipping and sale shopping helped stretch the food in the house, and to be honest I rarely buy an item unless it is onsale and I can also use a coupon with it. I have learned to save about 40% every time I go grocery shopping. But lets be honest, being a member of coupons.com and clipping every coupon I find in the grocery ads, I rarely find any items for organic products. We have fallen off the organic band wagon and I want to get back on.
