Hi

Here I am sharing my newest recipe for the sweet & tangy Cranberry Chutney or dip !!

Ingredients 

1 can Cranberry Sauce ( 14 oz )

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp cummin powder

2 tsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp paprika/chilli flakes

salt to taste.

Method

Pour the Cranberry sauce and mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan.

Bring the mixture to boil for a couple of minutes, by stirring it continuously , making sure it does not stick to the pan.

Heating the mixture will blend all the flavors together . Now let it cool. Smooth it down in a mixie.

Hurray !! Cranberry chutney is ready !!  Enjoy with patties, chips, samosas, cutlets & more.!

Note ( Coriander & cummin powders are available in Asian aisles in the grocery stores OR stop by @ any Indian store !)
