If this is a hobby then it may turn out to be a very time consuming one so over time you may wish to consider making an income out of it. Are you going to offer paid advertising space in your magazine or are you going to opt for a small subscription at the outset? Or is it just a means to gather publicity and attention which will ultimately be directed to your main business?
Whatever your aim in terms of creating and marketing a magazine, the key to all elements of your publication is quality. You wouldn’t buy a magazine from a newsagent if the quality content wasn’t there so why would you waste your time on an online magazine that fails to inform or entertain.
