How to Glam up Your Everyday Office Look in the Winters

Dear Children,

Before each one of you were born, I wished for you. As I carried each of you inside me, I spent many hours dreaming of what you might be like. I thought about whether you would be a boy or a girl. Would you look more like me or your father? Would your delivery be as we had planned, or would we encounter complications? Would you sleep and eat easily, or would you scream at all hours of the day and night? Little did I know, these were the easy parts. After each one of you were born, I began to dream differently. I would look into your sweet, innocent, angelic faces and I had so many new hopes (and fears) for your lives. Still to this day, as each of you change and the world changes around you, I continue to dream and fear.

I wish for each one of you…

To be kind to everyone you meet.

To be charitable to those in need.

To have faith in something greater than yourselves.

To always have hope in the future.

To love and be loved unconditionally.

To never stop dreaming.

To love yourself.

To never doubt your abilities.

To be unapologetically YOU at all times.

To have friends you can count on, and to be a friend that others can count on.

To know you can always come to me, and I will always love you no matter what.

To live your dream, whatever it may be.

To know you are capable.

To always do the right thing even when it is not the easy thing.

To laugh until you cry or pee your pants, or both.

To someday (if you choose to) have children of your own and then truly understand how much you were (and are) LOVED.

Love Always,

Your Mother
