We have got some fashion news for you, you don’t need to wear a tight dress in order to look sexy, just dress what your body shape tells you to as your fashion choices shouldn’t depend upon the latest fashion trend on a catwalk show; it should be according to your body shape and you don’t need a body scanner to tell you which body shape clothing choices should you adopt, it would come naturally to you with some basic guidelines and you’ll be off on your way to pick some of the most appropriate fashion clothing choices, but first; you need to know about your body shape. Here are 5 types of body shapes which you may have.

The Hourglass Shape

It a body shape to adorn and love as both the upper and lower proportions of the body are almost equal or would appear to be exact. You can easily pick out any dress which fits your body but be particular about the size. Hourglass shape bodies are consistent in measurements and proportional that is why it is necessary to show off your curves and the best way to go about it is to wear a stylish belt around the waist to accentuate your waistline. However, empire dresses are completely out of the list, a wrap dress can also be a great way to show off those curves and be proud of them.

The O Shape

O shaped bodies are larger than the hips or shoulders with an extra weight in the stomach. They may appear to be healthier and sexy at the same time. A sexy blazer or a jacket would do the trick to make the hip and waist appear less dramatic. Women with a body figure like that should complete abstain for anything which is clingy or by wearing skinny jeans. You could either go for tailored outfits to select V neckline tops and dresses to give out an illusion of a longer leaner body.

The A Shape

The A shape body usually have their hips and lower body defining their entire body shape and that is why it is important to wear such dresses or outfits to balance out the larger bottom with the smaller top. Therefore it is crucial for women with such shapes to wear clothes with darker colors at the bottom and lighter colors on the top section of the body to draw attention to the upper half. Wearing tight pants or skirts is not recommended; however you can go for long maxi or tee to compliment your body figure.

The V Shape

Women with the V shape are mostly comfortable and confident about their body as they have small hips with large bust or shoulders. However the idea is to dress to create a proportional look while giving importance to the lower half of the body. Blazers or off the shoulder tops can work out well for such a body shapes.

The H Shape

Wearing dark colors can accentuate the H shape body features to make it look skinny for the wearer as the bust, shoulders and hips are somewhere equal in size and that is why; tee shirts which can easily nip the waist is always a good choice or you can even go with wearing a belt and dressing it up at the waist with a top dress.

Such clothing guidelines are sure to make you appear savvier and sexier as it would make your clothing choices look and appear best for you.
