Do you find stress creeping up on you when you least expect (or have time for) it? We all do. We tend to view it as "just a part of life". But what we don't realize is that stress does not have to be a part of our life and is not really who we are. Tranquility and balance is!
I have found that stress is not so much merely a 'part of life" rather than a bad habit that is a result of a pattern of thinking we learn from others and then fall into. It happens gradually over time, and since it takes a long time to create bad habits and stressful thinking it most likely will take some time to reverse it.
