I think this will be my final weaning update! It's been just over a week since my milk, milk, go away  post... where after a week of no pumping, expressing or nursing, I finally broke down and had to get that milk out...

I was so worried that expressing so much milk that day would trigger my body to produce more milk in its place, but as it turns out, removing that milk was defiantly the way to go! Not only did expressing that milk provide instant pain relief, but the milk DIDN'T come back! Finally, no more engorgement, pain, and leaking. I'm so happy. Seriously, so happy. Thrilled even.
