Want to start exercising but feel you don’t have the time?  Are you overwhelmedClock with work, family, cleaning, errands and other commitments?  Taking care of a family and running a household is very demanding, whether you work outside the home or not.  There is so much going on that we run out of time before we can fit in exercise.

The first thing to do is determine where you are spending all your time.  Keep a time log for a few days to a week, write down everything that you do.  Next analyze where your time is really going.  Likely there are a few areas where you could gain some time back through a little additional planning.
