Such a quick and easy midweek meal - ideal for busy days. 

Absolutely delicious - spicy, zesty, garlic prawns on crispy toasted ciabatta and ready in under 15 minutes. Easy midweek meal.

Serves: 2
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: around 5-10 minutes

What you need:

300g of prawns - raw or ready to eat, even frozen and thawed.
red chilli - sliced
large clove of garlic finely chopped
zest of a lemon
ciabatta
handful of chopped flat leaf parsley
olive oil, salt & pepper
handful of rocket to serve
