This is a hard post to write. Today would be my mom's 82nd birthday, but she passed away last February. There is a lot I want to write, but I'll save most of that for another time. What I do want to say is this: I miss my mom more than I could have imagined. She was right about so many things...and I can't tell her that. I want to tell her about my kids learning to swim and ask her how I was when I took swimming lessons. For those of you lucky enough to have one or both parents in your lives, cherish those moments. Happy Birthday, Mom!
