Here is a healthier muffin recipe.  I like to make them a lot, mainly for my toddler who won’t touch oatmeal (or yogurt, or cream of wheat, or anything of that texture). It still has sugar in it, obviously, but it does make me feel like he is eating at least a little bit of oats and he loves them.  They are not at all overly sweet and are a perfect easy breakfast for the whole family. Read more...
