Here's A Great Activity For Summer: Create A Language Learning And Cooking Class For The Kids





So, out of the blue, yesterday, it hit me.

In a couple of weeks school is going to be out and the kids are going to be home for the whole summer!

Aah! I am so not prepared!

I need to get my act together and start planning.
What to do? What to do?

I rush off to the computer and immediately start searching for fun activities we could do all together.
In my search, I came across this article "Outdoor Activities For The Whole Family."

I really like the idea of scavenger hunts. "Looking for different flowers, leaves, rocks, birds in nature. Collecting the samples or taking a picture of what we discover." There are a lot of really great parks around me, so this could work well!

While I was going from one site to another, inspiration struck.........

I am going to create a language learning and cooking class for the kids.

Crazy, eh?

Like I need to add to my already overloaded workload??

But, I think it is going to be a ton of fun.

And, I only have them for a few weeks!

I am super excited.
