After my post "My Homemade Baby Food Making Plan" I received requests for more details into my process.  Well ask and you shall receive.  I have broken down fruits, veggies and grains into Flavors, Flats and Fillers.  In the early months I would give him a single selection (starter fruits and veggies such as pears, apples, bananas, avocado, sweet potato) along with his steady diet of breastmilk.  As he got older I would give him a selection from at least 2 of the categories.  Each time I would plan to make baby food, I would select 4 different items (a No Cook, a Bake, and 2 Steam) from the previous batch.  That way I would have a variety of options to choose from at all times.  I have included my 5 easy steps for making homemade baby food in the most efficient way possible.  I have also noted under each category whether the item is No Cook, Steam or Bake.  Simply click on the picture below or HERE if you would like a pdf copy of the file to print for yourself.  Feel free to share it with your Mom's group or friends, just give credit to The Organized Mama and send them here for more great organizing tips for Moms.  And as always, feel free to share your tips and advice for making baby food making easier.
