So anyone who knows me, knows I am all about the most bang for my buck. I don't mind spending $$$ on good food, however, it has to be good. Chain restaurants often disappoint me, as they will successfully ruin even the simplest of entrees. Outback found a way to pulverize my Alice Spring Chicken, to a dry summer remnant of what it was supposed to be. It was so bad, I had to re-create the dish. So here it is>>

Ingredients:
1 lb Fresh Chicken Breast: $5.00
5 lb bag of White C Potatoes: $2.99
1 lb of Sliced Mushrooms : $2.50
1 Sliced Red Pepper $0.89
1 lb Fresh Green Beans $2.50
1 Sliced White Onion
6 Slices of Bacon> Optional
1 Tub of Sour Cream $1.99
3 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Olive Oil
Honey Mustard Sauce> Optional
Mayo
Honey
Goulden's Spicy Mustard
Mix and taste until you get the flavor your looking for. Some like more sweet, some more mustard. You do the math.
