I found this recipe on All Recipes in a last minute search for a different kind of flavor instead of my go-to ‘Parmesan Tilapia’. While I could have just posted the link and called it a day, I of course didn’t follow all of their directions and thought my version turned out awesome! I’m excited to add this to my ‘Taste’ Page & share it with you too!
It was ridiculously easy & my whole family cleaned their plates!
3 Tbsp. Honey
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
4-5 Tilapia Fillets
Preheat Oven 350 degrees
Mix the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and garlic together in a bowl.
Place the tilapia fillets in a 9×13 baking dish; pour marinade over each piece.
Bake until fish flakes; 15-20 minutes.
I served our Tilapia over Rice Pilaf & Roasted Asparagus drizzled with EVOO & Balsamic Vinegar… It was a healthy & delicious dinner!
