Why is it that men aren’t nearly effected by the way they look, the way women are?

I’m having a really rough few days and I took a good look in the mirror at myself today. My skin is a mess from allergies. My hair is in dire need of a cut (it’s been almost 3 months and the layers can’t even be called layers anymore). I can’t seem to find my favorite bra (Le Mystere, Tisha. Awesome bra if you are over a C cup) and so now my boobs aren’t looking exactly the way I like them. And now I’m dressing the part of a mess, too.

I look over at my husband and he’s about 25 lbs overweight. His hair is thinning. Doesn’t appear to bother him one bit. His mood is fine. He’d walk around naked all day if he could. He could care less that his clothing isn’t fitting right.

Maybe I have it backwards. Maybe I feel so rotten the past few days because my hair IS a mess and so is my skin.

Decided to take charge of the situation and I am getting a good cut first thing in the morning. I hate these kind of slumps and I need to pick myself up.

Wish me luck on the mood factor…..
