I just can't sit still for long periods of time. I always had trouble sitting still when I was in school, during church service, or waiting for a doctors appointment. I find out years later that I have restless leg syndrome, which would explain why I always tap my feet on the floor when I sit down and kicking my legs all night during my sleep. When I have to sit on a plane for several hours my legs get so tense and I start to freak out if I can't move or stretch them. Just the idea that I am not suppose to get up makes it even worse. I try to avoid going somewhere I have to sit for awhile and not able to get up. If I do I try to be on the isle so I can stretch or get up easily.
