I Was Invited To Speak in Singapore!!!!

In less than two weeks, I'll be flying to Singapore to participate in the 2013 Asian Festival of Children's Content.

This annual international conference brings together authors, illustrators, publishers and other creators of children's media.

I'm thrilled to have been invited to share my passion for using picture books as a parenting tool to build self-esteem and strengthen the parent-child connection. The event organizer, The National Book Council of Singapore, places great emphasis on encouraging children to become lovers of books and reading, a goal I speak about in my book, Show Me How! Build Your Child's Self-Esteem Through Reading, Crafting and Cooking

Here's a link to the interview with author Emily Lim that will give you more information about this upcoming event.
