So, after confessing my crash dieting practices, yesterday, I spent last night looking at before and after photos submitted by local plastic surgeons. I've long considered a breast reduction or even a breast lift while summarily dismissing implants. (I'm big enough already.) I mean, it sure would be nice to be able to go to any store and just pick out a bra or be able to wear tank tops or spaghetti straps or other "shelf bra" tops without worrying that soon I'm going to look like I'm wearing a life preserver around my waist.
