Seems like everywhere I went today I heard someone comment on how tired they felt. I thought is was funny in an interesting way since I have been feeling the exact same way lately. No matter how well I sleep and how much rest i get, lately I have been feeling sluggish. Hmm, can it be something in the air, perhaps many of us have not adjusted to the time difference or just plain ole vitamin deficiency.
