Traces of at least 18 potentially, hazardous pollutants were found in more than one-third of U.S. water utilities during a nationwide sampling, as noted in a report by Environmental Health News (EHN).  So, the question to ask is, "Is tap water safe to drink?"

Scary as it may sound, those findings included such pollutants as herbicides, anti-bacterials, viruses, metals, anti-depressants, pesticides and more.  Scientific studies have found that these can cause thyroid disease, endocrine disruption and various types of cancers.  They can cause oxidation of your cells, breaking down your immune system, and leaving you vulnerable to disease.
