I made it through the first day of detox, only 8 more days to go. It went pretty good. This is the 3rd time I've done the Fat Smash detox program and I've always had a ton of success. The rules are easy to follow and if you stick to it you learn to appreciate food again.

During the past few months I lost all of my appreciation for food. I could no longer tell the difference, in taste, between a green pepper and a yellow pepper. Heck, I wasn't even eating peppers unless they were sitting on top of a philly steaks smothered in cheese. This detox program strips out all the distractions and allows me to focus on what food really tastes like. It makes me aware once again of the slight flavor combinations found in fruits and veggies. It makes me realize how bad I was abusing breads and cheeses (my 2 favorite foods)
