I was so excited when La-Z-Boy contacted my PiggyToes to host their grand opening store in Monroeville but unfortunately, I couldn’t attend!  I did however find time to shop weeks after the opening and wrote about my experience in this post!  I have to laugh though, because the first piece I laid eyes on ended up being the piece I chose to review!  Why does that reign true in many shopping situations?  Car, house, wedding dress, furniture… I always come back to my first choice.

I fell in love with the Arden Wingback Chair as soon as I saw it!  The fabric, the print, the shape, the studs; everything!

But being the typical woman I am, I had to make my way around the entire store before I could seal the deal.  I sat on so many different chairs and couches and looked at all of the awesome accessories and home goods… La-Z-Boy has such high quality furniture!  I could tell just by sitting on each piece that it would last for a very long time.  I had a great experience in the new store and at the end of the night, ordered The Arden Chair!  It comes in many different fabrics and even has a matching ottoman here; check it out!  Within weeks, it arrived at our home and I knew just where I wanted it… our master bedroom!

Our bedroom is neutral in color and I’ve always wanted a chair in there that would catch our eye as soon as we walked in.  This is the perfect POP of color and I just love the fabric!  In a house full of boys, I love to retreat to our master bedroom and sit in my fun and girly chair with a few good magazines and cup of hot tea!

If you are shopping for furniture or need a new piece for a specific area of your home, you should definitely take advantage of La-Z-Boy’s FREE in-store design consultants!  Or you can visit the Design Center online – There are so many great features like: 3D Room Planner, Style Finder, Tips and Videos… I’m really impressed with this company!

La-Z-Boy Monroeville took such great care of me during my shopping trip and the whole experience from beginning to end was a joy!  If only every store could learn something from them; they are definitely doing it right…

Friendly employees, great customer service, fast and easy delivery and even a phone-call after delivery to make sure I was happy with my product and that everything went well!
