If you live near our PiggyToes, your Trick or Treat night was probably postponed or canceled due to the storm.  I thought since we’ll be hanging out at home tomorrow, I’ll make this NOT SO SPOOKY meal for my kiddos!  Its a well rounded meal that includes veggies, fruit, carb, protein and of course, dessert too!  I know my kids will love this meal, and for me?  I’m just happy that it will be so EASY TO MAKE!

(Now some of you are probably thinking? WHAT!?! You’re celebrating Halloween!?!  Baby steps, friends… baby steps.  And compromising with my hubby too!)

- HAPPY HALLOWEEN -
