New Year resolutions are the bane of my existence -- I always aim too high and frustrate myself. So this year, I am trying to be more realistic in what I wish to accomplish and I'm enlisting the help of my special friend, St. Philomena by reciting her novena prayer. I'm also hoping to be inspired and encouraged by many of your resolutions!!!

I'll check back every now and again and let you know how I'm doing with my resolutions. I hope that you will, too.

What will you try to do this coming year? Let me know and join the party! faithonthehighwire.blogspot.com

Kathy's New Year Resolutions:

1. Spiritual reading every day!

2. Exercise 20 min. at least 3 days/week.

3. Speak kindly and less frequently.

4. Plan a monthly date night: with husband, with children, with friends

5. Sleep more and DO less.
