Losing the baby weight: Barre workout number one

Hi I just started a diet . I am on a ideal protein diet. I found this diet at a day Medical spa that I visited. It is really hard for me but I have lost 3 lbs in 5 days. I also have P90x but my DR said not to do it with this diet. :( But After my body get use to it . I am going to start working out. I want my tummy to be  like it use to.
